1. Services. PrimeShield PSCC ("we") will provide commercial cleaning services as described in the selected package. Final pricing is calculated per m² and confirmed before service commencement.
2. Bookings. All bookings are subject to availability. We will contact you within 2 hours to confirm your schedule and access requirements.
3. Cancellations. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
4. Payment. Pay Now bookings are processed securely via Stripe. Pay Later invoices are due within 7 days of service completion via bank transfer or card.
5. Liability. We hold $20M public liability insurance. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to rectify the issue at no charge.
7. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
1. Information We Collect. We collect your name, business name, email, phone number, and space details when you submit a booking or quote request.
2. How We Use It. Your information is used solely to process your booking, send confirmation emails, and contact you about your service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Payment Data. Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We never store card numbers on our servers.
4. Email Communications. By submitting a booking, you consent to receive service-related emails from PrimeShield PSCC. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Retention. We retain booking records for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
